SICK AND RETIRED PRIESTS FUND RETIRING COLLECTION. There are now 90 retired priests in our diocese and 90 more in the next 10 years. They have given their lives to the church, it is important that we pray for them. It is also important that we ensure that they receive the care they require when they require it.

SPECIAL NEEDS CAKE SALE- Bring and buy! After morning Masses in the annexe. We would be very grateful for all donations of cakes.

CONFIRMATION PREPARATION FORMS (green) for those in Year Nine. Please phone Clergy Ho weekdays between 10 & 2 to organize a brief meeting with one of our leaders for both parent and candidate on 18th of Nov or 2nd Dec –bringing filled-out form. Course begins in January, with Confirmations in April.

FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATION form & letter. Light orange for Year Three and Year Four Children. Dark orange for older children. Please ring Clergy Ho over the coming weeks to arrange a meeting of parents and child with Mrs Edwards.

NOVEMBER DEAD LISTS For prayer intentions for Nov Masses. Sheets are placed close to the altar during Nov, and some particular Masses are said for their intention.

ST MARY MAGDALEN’S JUNIOR SCHOOL AUCTION: MANY THANKS to the, as ever, very generous members of our parish and school community who helped to raise the fantastic sum of just under £10,000, helping to raise the fundraising momentum towards the new school.
