Forms from Fr. Hugh. 15 -30 Yr OLDS FAITH SUMMER SESSION – Mon 30th July – Friday 3rd August Quality talks in a holiday atmosphere at Woldingham School, Surrey. Fr Hugh is leading a group. CORPUS CHRISTI PROCESSION Sun 10th June 3pm from Cardinal Hinsley School, Harlesden Rd. This year is the first time the British church has celebrated this Feast on a Sunday. The Bishops are very keen for parishioner to take part fully. Please do come along. PARISH GROUPS WITH THEIR BANNERS are encouraged to come. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CHILDREN are invited to come dressed up to process at the front, with those from other parishes. Special thanks to Patricia Rozario who organized the programme and performed so beautifully. Thanks to the SEC community and Clergy House admin team who all did a lot –and all the great performers. TODAY TODAY IS VOCATIONS SUNDAY. There will be the annual retiring collection for WEEF, for the support of our seminaries. CRICKLEWOOD HOMELESS – There will be a collection of non-perishable goods. LAST CHANCE for Tickets for our “Easter Harmony” concert, on Friday (4th), at £5, half price of tickets on night. See details below. This will involve a singing from our Junior School, our Goan community and a parish family (Irish folk), and the usual beautiful classical solos. CERTIFICATES will be presented to parishioners who recently completed the Echoes catechists course here in the parish – after some Masses CHILDREN’S LITURGY AT THE 10:30 AM MASS- we will be inviting children to come into the sacristy for their own Liturgy of the Word. This is part of a biweekly summer trial period. It will be led by priest & catechists. SINHALA MASS 5:00 pm: first of a regular Mass for Sri Lankan people. PARISH CONCERT THIS FRIDAY: 4th May 2007 7;30 pm “Easter Harmony”: Including Irish folk music and pieces by Sir John Tavener, Fauré, Handel, Rossini and Haydn. See poster for full list of many musicians and singers, which include Goan and Junior school choirs. Saturday Rosaries in our Lady’s month of May will involve scriptural meditations and music, and be for the intentions of our parish community, this Saturday especially for the Bethany, Visitation and Sick and housebound visiting groups. These special group intention devotion will return to the first Friday evening Holy Hour in June. Activities this term include trip to St Albans (June 23rd, 10-5), BBQ, visit of the Fire Brigade (with working hoses!), fundraising for South African orphans, working with clay & paint, drama & videos, & lots of team games.
