Schools Building & Refurbishment Fund- collection during all Masses this weekend.
This Friday is family fast day, Towards the expansion of a Sril Lankan school for poor children and orphans rebuilt after the Tsunami: Holy Angels Girls School of Hope, Payagala. Please take white envelopes from the back and place any monies saved from fasting this Friday for return in the collection next weekend.
Next weekend there will be special Papal Visit retiring collection (for the second time!)
Next Saturday is the first celebration of the Feast of Blessed John Henry Newman. 10 am Mass will celebrate this feast.

In porch near the exit of the Church there are white A5 booklets with all of the addresses given by the Pope during his recent visit to tour land. Please take AND READ.

In-depth study of the Gospel of St Matthew continues next Tuesday evening – already over 20 taking part. 7.30pm -8.30ish. All are welcome. See posters / leaflets at the back of church.
Year 7/8 youth Club will recommence this Friday 8th October. Green forms at back.
Our Journey in Faith group is just beginning – for any who would like to consider becoming Catholic (or getting Confirmed) – Sat 10:30 Annexe.
Signing of secondary school transfer forms by Fr Hugh. It is now possible to ring Clergy House between 10-2 Mon/Thurs for a slot. The child must attend this meeting. 14th October is the final date.
