Parish update
• First Holy Communion: Application forms and programme details are now available to collect from the back of the Church. All forms must be completed with the baptismal cert attached and returned to the Parish office. The closing date is the 30th November. The first Parents meeting will be with Fr Kevin in Church on the 15th December at 7.30pm.
• Repository- Advent wreaths & calendars, Christmas cards, cribs, candles, books & 2012 Calendars now on sale.
• Year 7 & 8 Youth Club- we are still seeking helpers to assist in the running of the year 7 & 8 youth club on Thurs evenings, between 7.00-8.30pm, If you are interested please contact John O'Sullivan on 07958524761 or at johneaglepainter@yahoo.co.uk. If we do not get the support from our parishioners and parents this previously successfully run youth club will have to be suspended.
• Altar Servers –Please note there are no rotas. You are welcome to serve anytime you come to Mass.

Will you help sick and elderly priests? There will be a special collection for the Sick and Retired Priests Fund today and all the money that you give will be used to ensure that sick and elderly priests receive the care and support that they need. The Fund is entirely dependent on donations and each year more priests need its support. So it is vital that you give as much as you can. If you pay tax, please also complete the Gift Aid form on the donation envelope, as this will add 25p to every £1 that you give at no extra cost to yourself.

The Passage – helping homeless people. ‘A Night Under the Stars’ is its largest fundraising event of the year at the Royal Festival Hall on Thursday 10th Nov 2011 at 7.30pm. This year the theme of the concert is ‘From Russia With Love’. Ticket prices from £12 to £39. Call 0844 847 9910 or visit www.southbankcentre.co.uk .
